What does a finishing mower do?

Finishing mowers are designed to be efficient at cutting larger areas such as large lawns, golf courses, some types of grazing and general amenity grassland areas. We stock three different types of PTO finishing mowers that are suited for different horsepower tractors and sizes of area.

What does a mulching kit do?

The mulching system consists of a sheet metal frame and special mulching blades. The sheet metal frame surrounds the blades so that the grass cannot flow out to the side or rear as usual but is kept in the machine. The main blade lifts the grass, makes the first cut, and pushes the cut grass upwards. The supplementary (mulching) blade creates a vortex forcing the grass downwards for further shredding. The cycle continues until the grass is completely shredded and falls to the ground.
