Having a diesel heater at your disposal either in your workshop or shed, is an essential bit of machinery, especially during the colder months. Quick access to a safe and reliable heater has transformed many a workplace, especially when installing more complex central heating systems is just not a viable option.
Our range of diesel heaters here at Oxdale Products includes the advanced burner system from Airrex, which has patented technology to deliver controllable levels of heat in a matter of moments. Browse our collection of diesel heaters and find the perfect one for your workspace today.
Here at Oxdale Products, we have three diesel heaters to offer our customers. All our diesel heaters are from the Airrex AH range, with different capabilities as you switch from model to model. For smaller workplaces, the AH200I is perfect, suitable for spaces up to 900m³. But if it is a larger space you’re trying to heat up, we would recommend the AH800I, suitable for spaces up to 2000m³. You may have already guessed that the AH300I is the middle option.
Our range of diesel heaters runs on a couple of different fuel types, all derivatives of diesel. Choose from biodiesel, diesel, or red diesel to run your heater throughout the year.
They are also incredibly quiet machines to operate, so if focus is of paramount importance, these are for you. An effective silencing system inside the exhaust pipe compresses and expands the exhaust gases which makes Airrex very quiet – only 48 dB. As you can probably tell, we think these are some of the best diesel heaters on the market.
There are plenty of misconceptions out there about how diesel heaters work, whether they’re safe to use indoors, and other safety concerns. Our Airrex range of diesel heaters is chock full of features that make them incredibly reliable and efficient to use in a variety of settings.
The Airrex diesel heater has a patented oil burner and exhaust with an electric fuel pump that circulates the combustion gases through pipelines with ceramic coating and creates heat as infrared radiation. The triple combustion process ensures complete and clean combustion, meaning normal ventilation is sufficient.
In short, yes. Diesel heaters are safe to operate, including indoor usage. Our range of space heaters produces safe infrared without the worries of carbon monoxide. As mentioned previously, our heaters only require normal levels of ventilation meaning they can be used in common workspaces such as sheds and warehouses.
Over the past couple of years, Airrex has taken customer feedback on board and redesigned elements of their AH range in order to make them not only easier to use but also safer. When the fuel tank was redesigned, the fuel cap was also replaced with a fully sealed model that prevents fuel spillage when moving the heater. In addition, the grid protecting the ceramic piping has been reinforced and improved.
We could harp on day and night about the range of features that the Airrex AH range comes equipped with. Gone are the days of diesel heaters being one-dimensional when it comes to features that make them convenient. Below is a short summary of features that make the Airrex AH range the best option.
The control panel for Airrex heaters has also been completely rebuilt. It is now futuristically metallic, a perfect match for the darker graphite grey heater. The redesigned control panel is built to work together with the mobile app – both functionally and visually.
The Heaters can be controlled remotely from anywhere in the world via the Airrex app. In the app, you can see in real-time, for example, the temperature of the heated space, the amount of fuel, and whether the heater is running right now. Any error messages are also displayed in the app. You can now control the heater as if you were physically next to the device, with the exception that a device that is completely shut down cannot be started by remote control. The heater can be connected to an existing Wi-Fi network. However, in the absence of a Wi-Fi network, it can be connected directly to the mobile phone network using an optional plug-in device.
